Representing over 50 local, family farms, the Apple Hill Growers are dedicated to supporting agriculture in our community. Founded in 1964 with just 16 apple ranches, we’ve now grown to include unique fruit & vegetable farms, bakeshops, wineries, a Bed & Breakfast Inn, flower gardens, and Christmas tree farms. 🚗 PARKING UPDATE: We’re going into another busy weekend and have a quick reminder about parking etiquette at our farms.
👎 Please don’t park at one farm and walk to another. That deprives other visitors who want to visit the farm you parked at and creates a knockdown effect (can you imagine if EVERYONE did this? 😮). If you can’t find parking at one farm, consider visiting another farm in the interim and coming back to the farm in question later that day.
🚫 NO parking on the road! You’ve probably noticed our country roads, while windy and charming, are also VERY narrow. There is no shoulder. That makes it dangerous to park and walk. And it`s illegal. In addition, it’s disrespectful to our neighbors, who use the same roads to get to and from their homes and businesses.
🚔 CHP has informed us that they will be patrolling the area, and we’d hate for our visitors to be cited and/or towed.
🙏🏼 We’re thrilled to see everyone this weekend and ask that you pack your patience along with your coolers, shopping lists, and fall looks. If you’re not willing to share your experience with others, consider planning a visit during the week!
